Farrell's kickboxing classes are available at two locations in Madison as part of our 10-Week Challenge body transformation program and also as part of our ongoing fitness program.
The kicking aspect of our instruction was initially developed for elite level taekwondo athletes and has changed very little as it as been adapted for the group fitness classroom. The same type of high intensity interval training used to condition athletes for competition brings the best possible fat burning workout to our fitness participants. The plyometric drills used to develop an athletes quickness and power are incorporated into our classes as well.
